Conversations on Conduct Stage 6

This sixth installment in IBAO’s Ethics Series is an interactive eLearning course designed for Ontario brokers who want to deepen their understanding of real-world ethical decision-making. Building on previous courses, this edition focuses on real Case Studies, five common but challenging scenarios based on actual situations brokers face. Each Case Study is presented as a short video with embedded questions to encourage critical thinking, followed by workbook exercises to support deeper reflection.

Helps learners apply a practical framework, connect each situation to the RIBO Code of Conduct, and develop confident, professional responses. By analyzing real examples and reflecting on personal reactions, brokers will strengthen their ability to handle ethical challenges in everyday practice with consistency and clarity.
