If you’re a new broker looking to make an impact, we’re recruiting YBC Team Leads to join our Young Brokers Council in 2026. Help strengthen Ontario’s network of emerging brokers, serve as the voice for your region and represent IBAO at industry events throughout the year.
RIBO-licensed brokers working at IBAO Member brokerages are encouraged to apply and help inspire the next generation of brokers.
Opportunities
Team Leader for Eastern Ontario (including Kingston and Ottawa)
Team Leader for Central East Ontario (including Durham Region and Peterborough)
Team Leader for Southwestern Ontario (including London and Windsor)
Application Process
Interested applicants should submit their application including the following by December 10, 2025.
Letter of interest in the position
Reference letter from your Principal Broker acknowledging your participation
Two reference letters from brokers in your territory (separate brokerages) highlighting your ability to build strong relationships
